Permitted Use

Kovex is designed to help dental practices create, manage, and publish professional social media content. You may use the platform to:

- Generate social media posts, images, and captions for your dental practice
- Schedule and manage content across your connected social media accounts
- Collaborate with AI agents to build your practice's online presence
- Manage your brand identity, including colors, logos, and messaging

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using Kovex:

Spam and bulk messaging - You may not use Kovex to generate or distribute unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or content designed to manipulate social media algorithms through artificial engagement.

Misleading health claims - You may not create content that makes false, exaggerated, or unsubstantiated health claims. All dental and medical information shared through content generated by Kovex must be accurate, evidence-based, and compliant with applicable healthcare advertising standards.

Impersonation - You may not use the platform to impersonate another person, dental practice, organization, or entity. Content must accurately represent your practice and credentials.

Illegal content - You may not use Kovex to create, store, or distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, threatening, harassing, obscene, or otherwise objectionable under applicable law.

Reverse engineering - You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise extract the source code of the Kovex platform, its AI models, or any related technology. You may not attempt to access the platform's API outside of approved integrations.

Unauthorized access - You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, our servers, or any systems connected to the Kovex platform.

Dental Advertising Compliance

The dental industry is subject to specific advertising regulations that vary by state and jurisdiction. As a Kovex user, you are responsible for ensuring that all content published through the platform complies with:

- Your state dental board's advertising rules and guidelines
- Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines on endorsements and testimonials
- Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) requirements
- Any other applicable local, state, or federal regulations

While Kovex's AI agents are designed to generate compliant content, you bear ultimate responsibility for reviewing and approving all content before it is published.

Content Ownership and Responsibility

You retain ownership of the content you create using Kovex. However, you are solely responsible for the content you publish through the platform. Kovex provides AI-generated suggestions and designs, but the decision to publish any content rests entirely with you.

Account Suspension and Termination

If we determine that you have violated this Acceptable Use Policy, we may take one or more of the following actions at our sole discretion:

- Issue a warning and request that you correct the violation
- Temporarily suspend your access to the platform
- Permanently terminate your account without refund
- Remove or disable content that violates this policy
- Report illegal activity to the appropriate authorities

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking action, except in cases where immediate action is necessary to protect our platform, our users, or the public.

Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any content or behavior on the Kovex platform that violates this policy, please report it to support@kovexagent.com. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
