At Kovex, we want every dental practice to feel confident about their investment. If our platform is not the right fit for your practice, we offer a straightforward, no-questions-asked refund policy.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with Kovex for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked, no hoops to jump through. We believe in the value we deliver, and we want you to experience it risk-free.

How to Request a Refund

You can request a refund in one of two ways:

1. Email us directly - Send a refund request to support@kovexagent.com with the email address associated with your account. Our team will process your request promptly.

2. Cancel from your dashboard - Log in to your Kovex account, navigate to your subscription settings, and cancel your plan. If you are within the 30-day window, your refund will be issued automatically.

Refund Timeline

Once your refund request is approved, the funds will be returned to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at support@kovexagent.com and we will investigate immediately.

What Happens After Cancellation

When you cancel your subscription, you will retain full access to Kovex and all of its features until the end of your current billing period. No content or data will be removed during this time. After the billing period ends, your account will be deactivated and your AI agents will stop generating new content.

After the 30-Day Window

Refund requests made after the initial 30-day period are not eligible for a refund. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Your access will continue through the remainder of your paid billing period.

We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a billing cycle after the 30-day guarantee window has passed.
